Music Industry Production students staged an outdoor concert in mid-October that raised the roof at the News-Journal Center. Featuring elaborate, professional lighting and effects, not to mention music —all overseen by students — the event attracted a large crowd to the outdoor venue. The midterm concert will be followed on Thursday, Dec. 14, with the final performance of the year. That concert will be at 7:30 in the Grand Lobby of the Center. No tickets are required.
